Can't get a Table to work right

I just created a simple Table with 2 rows/2 columns. I can put things in the first column but can't even get my cursor to go into the column to the right. Can anybody help?

You should be able to click in any of the cells. When editing the table, you can also press Tab to go to the next cell or Shift-Tab to go to the previous cell.

There isn't currently. I would like to add more advanced table editing in some future version, but I can't say when that might be done.
